It started with a windowsill, not a factory.
Long before there was a bag, there was a plate of dried sweet potato left out to chew on between meals — no recipe, no ingredient panel, just something sweet that happened to be good for you.

We just wanted to make the snack we grew up on
Dried sweet potato has been a household staple for generations in Korean homes — sliced thick, slow-dried, and left in a bowl for anyone to grab. No sugar coating, no frying, no ingredient you couldn't pronounce. Just a vegetable that turns into candy on its own if you give it enough time.
We started aum aum because that snack never made it to most pantries — it got replaced by things with twelve ingredients and a shelf life measured in years. We wanted to bring back the one-ingredient version, packaged for a life that doesn't slow down for a windowsill.
The name is exactly what it sounds like: the noise you make with your mouth full. That's the whole brand philosophy, honestly.
— the aum aum team
Warm. Honest. Simple. Real.
Food that feels like it came from someone's kitchen, not a lab.
The label says what's inside. That's the whole standard.
One ingredient isn't a gimmick — it's the entire point.
Sweet because sweet potatoes are sweet. Nothing else needed.
From dirt to chewy, in four steps
